Duke showed this screenshot at the 7/20/24 meeting, saying when he checked the contractor's status in 2023 and again in March, it was all A-OK. Not suspended until 3/21/24.

Not included in Duke's presentation was the fact that the contractor had been suspended in November of 2023 and was only reinstated for a day on 3/20/24. This seems to be a purposeful deception and not worthy of a "Trustee."
